Patch for running Hj with Sesame 1.2.x

A patch that makes HyperJournal 0.5 compatible with Sesame 1.2.x has been released (Sesame 1.1.x is no longer distributed). The patch is available in the Download section of the HyperJournal web site.

Net7 is hiring a web developer

Nets7 is a small company located in Pisa, Italy. Many volounteers of the HyperJournal developement team are from Net7. The company also supports HyperJournal by donating hardware, hosting and a number of other services. Net7 is looking for an experienced web developer for a large Semantic Web/Digital Libraries project.

A new version of HyperJournal for Dummies: a beginner's guide to HyperJournal 0.4 has been released. It covers most of the HyperJournal features from the point of view of authors, reviewers, editors and journal managers.

HyperJournal 0.4 RC1 has been released!
It's the first release candidate. If everithing goes well we will release a stable release, wich will be suitable for production use, near the end of september 2005.

The HJACI subproject is needing people to help contributing to its document repository. The repository is a document collection that will serve for statistical and testing purposes.

We need people to make this repository grow, by adding and classifying any kind of academic papers, written in any language and coming from many research areas (both sciences and humanities). The documents will be used only for testing purposes. If you want to contribute, please submit papers to the repository or help us categorizing existent material.
